LILTING MOMENT

Excitement in joy and laughter at peak,

     rare moment to us past our prime;

Yet takes us back to childhood, so to speak;

     ephemeral indeed the best of time.

GENUINE PORTRAIT

 

Challenge behind the lens a child’s portrait,

     not his face but what’s in his mind;

Grownups pose not themselves but someone else, 

the child of innocence sublime.

AWAKENING

  

Discovery started long, long ago,

Unknown from view and others to know,

As children think it so as they grow.

 Eureka! Listen to the wall’s echo. ~
