Squash Recipe for meal and snack: "Ukoy na Kalabasa"

Ingredients: squash, egg, small shrimps, wheat or rice flour, garlic and onion, and a dash of salt
Ukoy made of squash instead of flour is cooked and served in a party, restaurant or just with members of the family and friends.


Preparation: Mix grated squash and egg, green onion, minced garlic, a dash of salt and sprinkle flour to keep the mix intact.  Divide into desired size of serving.

Keep serving small for crispy bite and golden color. Expect a second serving from your guestsSurely they will be back. They will tell to others how tasty and nutritious kalabasang ukoy is.
